Key customer wins, rapidly growing customer base, and bold product vision accelerate TigerConnect’s role as a force of change for Healthcare collaboration
SANTA MONICA, California — Jan. 29, 2020 — TigerConnect, healthcare’s most advanced, reliable, and widely adopted care team collaboration solution, closed out the decade with a year of record revenue and customer growth. The company expanded its industry footprint with nearly 600 new clients, including 100 enterprise clients. Notable enterprise clients include:
  • Penn State Health
  • University of Maryland Medical System
  • Einstein Medical Center
  • Cooper University Health Care
  • NCH Healthcare System
  • St. Luke’s University Health Network
  • Geisinger, to name a few
TigerConnect’s co-founder and CEO, Brad Brooks, credits the success and growth of the company to its obsessive customer focus, market evolution, and team determination to solve pervasive problems in healthcare communication.
“Our results in 2019 validated the time, capital, and hard-fought effort we’ve invested over the past 10 years in building out the clinical communications market,” said Brad Brooks, co-founder, and CEO of TigerConnect. “The Healthcare industry is now at a critical inflection point with compressed margins, a rapid push toward value-based care, and a growing desire by patients to age in place, pushing current communication models to the brink. Only broad communication platforms like TigerConnect offer the ease and reliability to address these challenges at scale by seamlessly connecting care teams and patients on a single platform.”
In addition to customer growth, TigerConnect is also expanding its workforce, as the company added more than 50 new employees in the past year. 2019 also saw the addition of key leadership roles, including former McKesson consultant Sarah Shillington as the SVP of client success and former Expedia executive, Allie Hanegan as VP of People. The company also announced the appointment of its first Chief Technology Officer, Tim Goodwin, formerly CTO at Vacasa, the largest U.S. vacation rental management company in the U.S.
As TigerConnect sets its sights on 2020 and beyond, the company has plans to accelerate growth through several major product and partner initiatives to be announced ahead of HIMSS20. Strategic initiatives include launching an aggressive marketing effort toward new clients, expanding its footprint within its customer base, forming a client advisory group, and leveraging additional forums to gather feedback and improve the product.
“As we look ahead to the next decade, we see nothing but greenfield opportunity to redefine the way Healthcare teams, payers, and patients connect and collaborate. We remain steadfast in our mission to partner with care organizations of every size and type, providing them with the world’s most advanced collaboration technology to produce a vision of the future we can all be proud of,” said Brooks.
