Concert Pharmaceuticals Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
LEXINGTON, Mass.– Feb 13, 2014 –Concert Pharmaceuticals, Inc. today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $14.00 per share, before underwriting discounts. In addition, Concert has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 shares of common stock at the same price to cover over-allotments. The shares are scheduled to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on February 13, 2014 under the ticker symbol “CNCE.”
The offering is expected to close on February 19, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.
UBS Investment Bank and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. JMP Securities is acting as lead manager and Roth Capital Partners is acting as co-manager for the offering.
